The Third Angle team gathered in Lake Forest, Illinois, over the week of November 16th-18th for their very first Cultural Cowboy Salon!

The vision for the workshop was spurred by Jeanie's new book, Hidden Treasures: How Businesses Thrive by Detecting and Connecting Unrealized Assets (Spring, 2023). Throughout this book, we illustrate how people who are excellent at entrepreneurship are able to find and create value from opportunities that others don’t see, even while working inside their respective companies. These folks are continually innovating their own businesses and lives, and therefore they have a bit of the “cultural cowboy” in them.  Fittingly, this is a common feature of the Third Angle team.
